No, it isn't. Using a simple email, the problem is not so much the validity of the signature as the form of the document, except for isolated judgments that recognize the email as valid evidence. This happens when there is a proof of receipt (proof that it can't be the additional email with the delivery receipt generated by the system). In all other cases, it is not considered a means of communication that guarantees the certainty of the sender.
The legislation requires the subscriber to sign the documents and not an intermediary to whom you communicate your OTP code; this practice invalidates the signature
